If there is any budget hotel that deserved 5 stars, it's this one, Sapa Garden Hotel.The rooms are big, the location is central. It is just 5 minutes walk from the Sun Plaza, the cafes, and the restaurants. The couple who owns the hotel are the nicest people. We can't thank them enough for letting us check in at 5am in all four rooms without any additional fee even though i offered to pay for early check in. It is highly recommended ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Owners are kind people and provided a decent breakfast every morning with either a large omelet or a bowl of chicken or beef Pho. Sapa town is very crowded in general, but this hotel is away from most of the noise except for the chickens and roosters nearby. For the price, we were satisfied with our choice to stay here for six nights.

I liked the location and the quaintness

The hotel owner was very warm, welcoming and helpful. The room itself was big and had a comfortable bed. The view of Sapa town was also nice. The hotel is close to the centre but on a quiet street. I really appreciated him letting me check-in early. Breakfast was made to order and was good along with the fruit. The kittens were also a plus. They were great to cuddle with while waiting for my bus pick-up

The room was clean and safe. The hotel owner arranged a driver to take us to the attractions. Everyone is extremely friendly.

The staff was wonderful; they can also help with organizing tours as needed. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was tasty. Don't be fooled though, there is no hot tub or spa associated with the hotel. There are plenty of spas in the area though for massages and other treatments.

I booked into another hotel and it was bad so I checked out. I found this place and I’m so glad I did. The location was excellent, close walk to everything. The square, lake, restaurants nice walk down to Cat Cat village. The host was great so was the breakfast. I would recommend this place.

The host was nice, accommodating, and very responsive, and the service overall was good. We were kindly allowed early check-in, which we really appreciated, and the place felt safe with a very convenient location where everything is within walking distance. It was good value for a short stay, we paid for two nights, and although the address doesn’t always show correctly on Grab, using a nearby spa as a landmark worked well. The family room for three people (one queen bed and one single bed) was tidy but average. The sheets and pillowcases didn’t feel completely fresh, the bedside lamp wasn’t working, some power outlets didn’t function properly, and the hot shower only stayed warm for about 15 minutes before turning cold. Overall, I would still recommend this place to stay.
