少しがっかりパートナーと滞在
I would not recommend the economy room in summer. There is no AC and the room is much smaller than pictures seem. Host is nice but I was busy during our stay. WiFi wasn’t available during stay. Seems other rooms have AC so I’d recommend booking the other rooms instead. Location is nice and central.

You are in the heart of the Como Center! Great local coffee shops and eateries within a couple of minutes! Marco was phenomenal as well! Very communicative and clean!

The location was reasonable. The owner was helpful during the check in. The room was OK I wish I knew that shampoo and body wash are not provided beforehand.

Room was spotless, access difficult, we tried ringing doorbell and the phone number. No answer, and sat outside property for an hour. (Which was stressful).
Wondering if we had anywhere to sleep for the night.
Although breakfast is invlded, there wasn’t any.
But in a lovely little spot.

Great contact with owner Marco. All was working, WiFi available. Photos in app are real and showed room what we get. Old building located in old town area with his all pluses and limits. Bathroom inside room but apartment on 3rd floor. Few minutes walk to the lake. We really enjoy stay in Marco's apartment.

Hotels.com says contact day before for access code but Marco did not answer - emergency!!!then used hotels.com messages replied saying WhatsApp so sent my number so no reply so set him up on WhatsApp & he replied & answered phone on day of arrival but he sent me a handyman to let me in & saw 2nd handyman later but as access code too long it was quicker using the key ie if arriving late presumably u need the access code plus as only reviewers said no breakfast but supermarket round the corner & no shampoo
