Nice staff and relatively easy access from train station. Close to tram stops. No Onsen. Nice variety of breakfast foods.

The place was what one will expect from a small compact room. Breakfast was satisfactory. Everything is tightly packed if that is okay with you concerning living space and eating area at the breakfast buffet. Laundry available. Service at the front was accessible at every hour of the day that was fantastic. Check in and check out was fast.

Single small elevator is inadequate. Long wait time during busy hours, if you can even get on at all the first time it comes. Also, difficult to find from Hiroshima Eki, even using Google Map. However, if you are willing to live with that, would recommend staying there.

The location to the hotel was great! If you know the underground walkway you are just minutes from inside the train station and all its amenities. I would recommend this hotel again and the breakfast was surprisingly good too!
Laundry is downstairs across from the elevators and was reliable. Just make sure you have 30yen for the detergent.

Breakfast is in the, get's crowded early, but the buffet is quite satisfactory. Staff very courteous and helpful. Location is great.
