Pictures on the website are miss leading. We were supposed to get the Junior Suite and ended up getting a different room. The room was supposed to have a table and chairs on the balcony and also a bigger chair in the room. There was nothing like that all. Shower had mold in it. Building across the street had music blasting until the late hours of the night. Would definitely Not Stay Here Again.

Clean room, there’s a 24hrs self service laundry across the hotel - very convenient, also offers breakfast, AC is cold

Total lack of management and maintenance over a large number of years destroyed every tiny inch of this hotel. Nowhere you look can't you find dirt, broken moldings, torn curtains and others. Management is so lax, cleaning ladies hide behind the hall cameras and lie on their backs flipping the phone. The only crew worth anything were the two guys at the kitchen in the morning and a few reception area personnel who do their best to deal with continuous complaints. The owner is the main culprit!

The reviews are Fake for this property. Property is run down, dirty, bathroom and shower disgusting, tv didnt work and water on the floors! Room is Nothing like the photos! Do not book this place. You have been warned!

Handy location to Hanoi night market

The place was not as done up as it looked in the photos, the breakfast buffet comprised of low budget food, hair in my shower when I arrived.

Considering this wasn’t one of the cheapest hotels & reading past reviews we thought we would book here for our very quick 48 hours. It was very underwhelming & to be honest not as expected. The hotel arranged airport pick up for us, we were dumped on the side of the road & weren’t sure exactly where the entrance was. We climbed over a number of scooters to get to the front door, there were no gaps. We arrived at 9am, due to it being early we asked if we could get changed, leave our bags and head out. We were told to use a tiny & very dirty toilet which just about had enough room to stand up in, no room for changing. My sister then couldn’t get out of the toilet as the laundry man had come & there were towels all over the floor blocking her in. We got back to the hotel later that evening we presumed our bags would have been taken to the room, they were sat in front of the toilet door. We carried them ourselves to the room. The room itself is “fine” the doors do not fit so there is about an inch gap so you can hear every bit of noise from outside, and that is a lot. The balcony itself was beautiful with wonderful views. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was ok, however there was no hot water for any of our showers, it was freezing. Breakfast you pre order the night before with a time slot, not much choice and only room for 6 people. Staff very young & speak little English. If you can afford to pay more & stay elsewhere I would. A case of you get what you pay for here.
