Unfortunately my stay here was full of inconveniences. To start there is not front desk it appeared on the hotels..com website. Somehow I never received the email with all the check in info so that was the first issue. However I was able to communicate with someone pretty fast. The first night the Air Conditioning unit started leaking water and stopped working. We informed them first thing in the morning, the issue was not able to be solved and there was no other rooms to move for that night. The next day we were moved to a different room where AGAIN the Air conditioner didn’t even turned on. These time we were left “with I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. And ignored messages and calls from us trying to figure out other options as this was our last night with them. Very disappointed in having to pay full price for an amenetie that was offered and be left with nothing else than “the issue will be solved tomorrow”. Our check out day, how does that help us at all? I hate to have to write this review as the rooms are spacious and clean and its a great location. But the operations need some work. 3 nights of dealing with one after other issues with this place. I was very patient and understanding but this is unacceptable. Never coming back, would not recommend.

Very poor communication from the team. I didn’t realize that it was a remote hotel, and there would be no on site staff to assist. Upon my arrival, I had a hard time finding place. They should’ve sent an email with information about which doors to go through and how to check in. One night, I got locked out for a few minutes. I was typing the correct code in, but for some reason, it didn’t work. I called in the middle of the night for assistance, and no one answered. Luckily, I eventually made it in, but things could’ve gone horribly wrong. When I messaged to inquire if they had any check out instructions, I was told check out was at 10am but the Hotels.com reservation reads 10:30am. They were fine accommodating the 10:30 checkout, which was great. Overall, there were minor inconveniences along the way that would make me reconsider staying here again. The location is pretty good. About a 20 minute walk to Trevi. The neighborhood was quiet. The space was mostly clean.

Very clean, we can use the common area for dining, very spacious, great location. The only problem was the shower, we turned on the warm water and waited for 5 minutes then the warm water came out, the shower flow was very small, so it was a bad experience. Also the digital button during checkin didn't work, so we had to call the support staff so they opened the street gate and door to the building.

It’s in the perfect area close to everything you need to be. It was a 15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain to the pantheon. Everything’s close train station is close by great great area.

When it seems to good to be true it always is, this is the perfect example.
