It is a pretty and clean villa. The swimming pool is also clean and good. One thing is that there was a room where the air conditioner did not work, which was a little inconvenient. There was a little problem with the water drain pipe. The villa is good, but it is located inside, so transportation is a bit inconvenient. It's a great place for families to relax.

Very poorly kept and run down had very small tv in the main lounge but none in rooms nothing really positive to say about this property I wouldn’t stay there again if it was for free....

呢幾年我地出遊都會係hotel’s.com book酒店，每次都好好的，但今次一定要比劣評間villa.強烈要求hotel’s.com張此villa下架，此villa嚴重影響hotel’s com聲譽.很劣，在泰國住過好多次villa, 第—次見識到—間villa這麽差。地方不便都不是問题，這villa冇接代，管理極差(基乎冇人理我們)要聯絡很耐才有人到，Villa 有很多問題唔會理，投訴也不理。Villa 內部泳池dirty冇清理，床單，被鋪dirty, 床褥凹凸不平床褥中間嚴重凹陷，跟本瞓唔到，水壓極差，水力極到不足洗澡只有熱水冇涷水，冇人清潔，要求清潔一下，每次要收500B所有廚具不是生锈就是好多汚漬，洗手盆嚴重淤塞，冷氣不足仲要滴水，wifi很差，還有隔壁單位連續幾日在半夜極嘈吵也沒有人理.不知所謂的—間villa.

最高 It has an awesome pool, loads of space & is a very nice design and standard. The location is great and easy to get everywhere. We had a lot of fun there - we will definitely be back again.

最高 Everything about the private pool villa is excellent and good value.
It is the best night’s sleep ever as in a quiet location Staff are brilliant and so helpful.
We have stayed before and will return, great staff, great pool villa, great service.

少しがっかり The Villa location is very difficult to find even for a Thai person. It is located in a hidden back alley and you will need to have your own transportation as it will be very inconvenient to find taxis.
The check in is done at another sales office so you will have to pick up and drop off the keys yourself.
The Villa is in a bad shape and remodelling is needed. The furnitures are mostly broken and not useable.
Rooms and pool are rather dirty and needs cleaning.

最高 Me and my friend took a trip to pattaya we booked VIP villa , it’s very easy for us to go to beach just 2 minutes from villa and free shutter bus to beach . This villa location is not far from down town . We will come back again VIP villa.
