Property needs maintenance. Broken floors in elevator, broken tiles in bathroom, dirty tiles.
Very basic breakfast.
Front desk very cold, no smile.
Only shampoo in shower but no shower gel or soap.

There is no facility for the drivers. No place to sleep, they have to sleep in the care and also no proper place to bath. Such a big chain. Should have this basic facility for guest travelling with their drivers.

Took like 60 mins to check in, while all formalities were complete. Then the Internet did not work till 1 AM, as the Last Name Entered by the Guest relations person was wrong.
The hotel is very old, and there are a few things that don't work. But Rooms are clean, and amenities good - though you are charged for Water. Breakfast was good too
