A lovely new hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious with a nice comfy sofa as well as a bed. Everything you needed for an overnight stay. Very comfy bed with a good selection of pillows.The staff are very helpful and friendly. There was a good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, a good variety of options for other meals and a bar open til late. Great location for Barrow or the Lakes in general. Reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend!

Breakfast was fine, not too many options and certain items ran out of quantity which they did finally provide again but after a wait. There was ample off side parking, with small fee or free.

The staff and service was fantastic, the breakfast was well cooked and a late check out as part of the cost made it all extremely worthwhile.

Food is average. Generally clean. Staff were nice.
Shower pressure was fairly poor.
