Nice place and centrally located, nice staff. Paid for late check out (3pm) and cleaning crew knocked and walked into the room twice before noon. Communication between management and cleaning staff could use an overhaul. Otherwise, not a bad stay.

Kids enjoyed the pool and water park, definitely needs the update that they're doing to all the rooms as beds and sheets weren't that comfortable and bathrooms weren't very clean. Good location at least

They are in the remodel process which will make it even more inviting. Conveniently located right at the harbor. Larger than many hotels and very nicely decorated

Perhaps the hotel is in process of a renovation. The rooms and public areas are in one design style and the hallways look like they are trying to rebrand to a beach resort. Being in Plymouth and named 1620, I prefer the traditional design.
The hot tub was not working. The pool area was pretty worn down.
One elevator did not work.
Just an okay place to stay for one night.

You should perhaps consider this as accommodation rather than staying at a hotel. Whilst they had a bar, it wasn't open on week days, They also didn't offer breakfast during the week either. They did have large function rooms so perhaps it's more of wedding/conference facility with accommodation?
All that being said, the room was very clean, spacious and modern with good air conditioning. The bathroom had a lovely shower. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and presentable and has an indoor pool but absolutely no outside areas at all. There is lots of free parking for hotel guests which is a huge plus in Plymouth.
It is very close to the harbour and Main Street, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. It's also close to the museums. There is a very nice beach/park area very close by if you'd like to be outside and enjoy the weather.
Would I stay again? Probably not, just because it didn't suit my expectations but that's a personal choice and lots of people would be very happy with the offering and facilities.
