Very classy hotel with excellent service. Stayed for one night and had 6-course western dinner which was very good. The outdoor spa gets full view of Mt Fuji.

This is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Only cons is not a lot of funny options at the hotel, but you could drive to other restaurants nearby.

Beautiful location and very friendly staff. Dinner was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Our Japanese is horrible, and the staff knew just enough English for us to have a great experience!

最高 Pro: Hotel staffs very friendly and helpful. Very near to fruit park fujiya which allow us to explore more on the fruit trees. Onsen very kids friendly, got small plastic bath for kid. Got kids size Japanese wear. Nice and fine japanese dinner and breakfast. Nice night view.
Cond: Shuttle bus only available from station at 2:05 pm & 4:05pm. To station only at 9am and 11am. if you miss the shuttle bus have to take taxi around 1600 yen. Hotel room a bit old. Only one room key but the staff can open the door using their spare key after verification.

最高 The location is on top of a hill, thus one can enjoy beautiful view to Mt. Fuji and also great scenery at night.
The staff is extremely polite and helpful. he service is impeccable. Taking the open bath (rotenburo) while enjoying Fuji-san is a life-time memory!
