The hotel is very elegant and luxurious. The buffet for breakfast and dinner is huge, with many options. Its connected to the Canton Fair complex, and they take you in golf carts the staff is super friendly and polite

Ok

breakfast buffet is delicious! highly reccomend, the hotel is starting to look run down, the location is what keeps me coming back. the rooms need updating. staff always helpful.

Hôtel extrêmement bien placée pour la foire. Petit déjeuner très bien Personnel agréable

it was something went wrong during our check in .but we got go smooth after great customer service. so we had nice stay at guangzhou. thanks again.

Great location, great staff,

The room and breakfast were great but the main attraction is how close you are to the Canton Fair. No other hotels is as close even if the advertise direct link. This is the place to be for the canton Fair. It takes 2 minutes walk to be in

100% good

Everything was great.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful — the hotel itself and the service were excellent. But what truly made the difference was the staff, especially Claire Huang at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us, even assisting with some online orders we needed to make. Every member of the team was amazing, but Claire really stood out. People like her are what make a company special.
