Le personnel tres agréable et serviable. Ils nous ont aider a trouver une place pour un massage dernière minute. Belle place rustique proche du village de furano.

The staff and the room size is great for the family of four, with small living area and 4 beds in the loft. The staff is friendly,patient and passionate about furano town :) Felt very warm staying athe resort :)

We had problems with the checkin, then it was resolved. Thank you. The breakfast is great.

From the hotel, will need to drive 20 min for the nearest restaurants.

This is a quiet place with a nice bed. It was clean.

stayed 2 nights while skiing at furano. dedicated ski shuttle to and from hotel and drying room makes the hotel good for ski trip. room was on 2nd floor, no lift but staff extremely helpful. room was modern and cosy. good heaters for drying wet gloves beanies. breakfast had a wide selection but a bit fried food based smoking space at base of stairs meant that smoke filters into hallways. no smile smell in our room. very generous and helpful hosts. location is about 10-15 min walk i think from furano restaurants but the hotel also provides a one way shuttle to town. taxi fare is about 1500yen back - we enjoyed our stay and while not on snow, convenient to getting to snow and back.

The place is a bit far from the JR station. However it was close to the ski resort, which unfortunately was partially closed due to heavy snow

Hotel was a little secluded, though shuttle buses are available.(Still situwated on main road though) Especially in winter, there are one way shuttle to town and two way shuttle to the ropeway, which is near New Furano Prince hotel. During my stay there is an English trained staff, and were all very polite. Breakfast is included even though it is not reflected in the package. Room has 2 levels, where bottom is tatami and top are western beds.

Very quiet country side and the room is very clean and comfort. Serve nice breakfast (although not very much choices on the foods). Must try the outdoor Onsen, is small but the feel is awesome.

The surrounding is green and beautiful. Room is spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is beside a green slope, nice view! Food (breakfast) is good with enough variety - mostly western style. Hotel staff is helpful and recommended a good place for us for dinner. Location within 5 min drive to town centre.
