Excellent place to stay. Highly recommended when in Chamonix. If struggling to choose between this place and another, it is almost a no brainer. This has to be the right place to stay. Amenities, staff, comfort, and homeliness, all of which are top notch. The restaurants attached are also very much worth a visit.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our favorite part were the amenities. They have bikes on property that you can take out at no additional charge. The pool and spa area were peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives! Incredibly well thought out premises with a beautiful room and views of Mt Blanc to die for. Impeccable service from every person we met, and a dinner experience like we have never had before. Chamonix needs no help being an amazing place to visit; but our stay was certainly enhanced by our stay at Hameau Albert 1er.

Please note that Albert 1er restaurant is closed Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, all day on Wednesday, and everyday from May 1-31 and October 15-December 5. La Maison Carrier restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday (except for Tuesdays from mid-July to the end of August), everyday from mid-May to mid-June, and everyday from November 1 to December 15. Dates subject to change.
