The staffs were amazing including Miguel from the Bar downstairs and the other Miguel the Bellman who took care of our luggages. The front desk staff was respecful, kind and professional. Also, there is a young man about 25years old who took great care of my wife and I during breakfast but I do not remember his name, I even asked him to take a picture of me in the area where we were seating towards the back door leading to the Patio area, this young man was very kind and professional to us on our last day at the hotel, July 28t, 2026

We stayed 2 nights in a family suite for a family of four. Amazing property with very attentive staff. The rooms are modern, spacious, with turnover service and automatic blinds in each room. The breakfast was great, as well as the lobby bar. There’s also a rooftop bar and a Michelin restaurant in the building (separate entrance) that were also amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

During our brief stay of one night, we were thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s grandeur. The staff’s exceptional friendliness was a standout feature, complemented by the immaculate cleanliness and impeccable standards. The panoramic view from our room was truly breathtaking. Given the exceptional value for money and the comprehensive amenities offered, this hotel is undoubtedly a top-tier establishment. We eagerly anticipate returning to this hotel during our future visit to Lisbon.

Interesting room design, very unique, but does not lend itself to any privacy if guests are not a couple. Swing in room was fun but poorly placed as it kept hitting the wall. Concierge woman was overly familiar and chatty, and in 2 minutes told us about her partner status, her weight and more... this is too much information. She promised to send up soda water which never came. We had to ask a couple of times the next day. Lovely views and breezes. Breakfast area very nice, great food. mediocre service. Coffee served hot would be better.

The hotel is on the river and has amazing views. The included breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately we experienced several items within our room that didn’t work or were in bad repair - broken AC, water pipes that “screamed” when having a shower and frayed rugs. For a 5 star hotel with a 5 star price tag I expected a flawless and enjoyable experience. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Reception staff were great, they couldn’t do enough. The gym was too hot. I didn’t like the hotel putting a shadow charge on my card despite me not using any extra charges

Lovely Hotel very convenient for the airport shopping & some good restaurants nearby.

Room was clean, breakfast was excellent and staff were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotal

Myriad Hotel was a standout experience. The location is excellent — right on the river — and the views are breathtaking. The amenities are top-notch, and having a Nespresso machine in the room was a lovely touch. The gym is impressive, boasting epic views of its own. The pool is beautiful, though worth noting it isn't available 24 hours, which meant I wasn't able to use it during my stay. A great perk is the ability to contact staff via WhatsApp, which is incredibly convenient. I only had a few hours between flights, but the hotel made for a perfect layover stop — I'd highly recommend it even for a short visit.

Rooms have river view. Sauna and steam are included. GYM is available 24/7. Boardwalk by the river that includes dinning area. There is téléférique near the hotel. It is a luxury 5 star hotel.
