Hotel comodo, ma La colazione non è adatta agli italiani o europei! Nessuno parla inglese…. Difficile

They provided very meat room.

Konumundan, personeline,konaklama şartlarına herşey ile mükemmel bir hizmet sunuyorlar.

Konum olarak zaten tartışılmaz, genel olarak iyiydi tavsiye ederim.

Ilk gun rezervasyon yaptigimiz odaya alinmadik, ikinci gun alinabildik.

※ I’m NOT recommend to you this hotel !! ※ I was quite disappointed at the level of customer service that was provided at this hotel. Firstly, Room was different with uploded pictures. Secondly, Hotel employees are not communication each other. They are not sharing informations. And before I arrived this hotel, I texted message. But they didn’t answer. So I needed to my local friend’s helps. (Also they can’t speak another language include english.) Thirdly, Daytime employees were really unkind. (Nighttime were kind.) They blamed me for their mistake(they have problem with they didn’t communicate). It was clearly there problem. I don’t care about the money, I only care about the employees attitude. I don’t want to ruin your travel. ※ If you have a time, change your reservation as soon as possible. ※

Odanın parasını ödememe rağmen otelde kalamadım sistemden odayı sattılar fakat sonra otel beni arayıp bir yanlışlık oldu boş odamız Yok dediler Paramıda iade etmediler Mağdur oldum

Otelden memnun kaldık, sadece çay kahve ikramımız yazıyordu ama kahve yoktu unutulmuş herhalde.

çok kötüydü, kredi kartımdan para cekilmedi yalanı ile tekrar para almak istediler, odaya ekstra yatak için oda parası talep edildi, tamamen düzenbaz ve üçkağıtcılıkla iş yapmaya çalışsan bir kurum uzak durulmalı

(-) Although it was a double room, second towel and slipper were not placed. Motion sensor inside room is not a good idea. Nobody wants a strong spotlight flashing automatically middle of the night while going to bathroom (+) Personnel is warm, location is outstanding
