When we entered, there was a used pillow case on the floor.
The shower was always clogged despite repeatedly asking staff to unclog it. It is unnatural and very unhygienic to have 1-2 centimetres of water in the shower area that wouldn't drain.
The WiFi in our room never worked, requiring staff to reset it multiple times. It was incredibly frustrating and we burnt through our roaming data by the first day.
Housekeeping did not refill our liquid soap, and the night manager had to call up a colleague to ask what to do. In the end he gave us a plastic bottle of the liquid soap to use.
The only saving grace for this hotel is one of the other night managers called David who was helpful and offered his sincerest apologies for the wifi issue.
The breakfast is also lovely so a plus point for that. Everything else was sub-par and very disappointing.

Very lovely hotel, with nice staff. Room was very spacious and clean.
Only downside are the VERY thin walls. I could hear everything from the hallway and the hotel room next door. Also construction started early in the morning so very disrupted sleep. Otherwise would’ve been 4/5

Was Pleasant and nice rooms just a little noise but that’s the vibe of luqa Malta so get used to it. Staff amazing amenities always available and had good sleep.

Good location. Modern building. Only negative was the breakfast as no good quality in my opinion. There are plenty of coffee places outside where you can have real coffee.

最高 Room was cleaned everyday. New towels and toilet rolls also given everyday. Staff are very helpful. Will definitely stay here again
