So many great components to this hotel. It is next to the train station and close to many interesting parks, very center, and bus routes. Super friendly and helpful staff. They have the best stairway I have ever seen, spacious with comfortable spotless carpet and music. They lack a pleasant outdoor area and the gym is quite sparse (although there is an associated full gym nearby). Would go back any time!

The staff was courteous. Check in and check out were quick and easy. I left bags for a few hours and that was not a problem.
The room was very clean. The only thing to know about the hotel is that the building itself is 5 or 7 sided, so the rooms have strange angles. For example, the bathroom seems small for the size of the room, but that is only because of the odd shape of the entire room.
The location is excellent. Steps from the main train station and a quick walk to the downtown core.
20 minute walk to the outskirts of Radboud University.

Enjoyed the ready welcome process since it was a late arrival. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room pretty clean and did find it a bit could, and took awhile to discover the heating system so I had a cozier room, but all in all very pleasant stay.
