I highly recommend this hotel because the staff were extremely helpful to find a lost bag at the Sky lounge.The rooms are very spacious and clean. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because of time limitation but overall enjoyed our stay party of 12 friends and family, booked 6 rooms. This property indeed maintain their 5 star status.

Staying outside of the city means bigger rooms, but further away from activities, etc. the Grand Prince Ōsaka Bay takes care of that by providing a free shuttle service to the heart of Ōsaka doing pick ups and drop offs every 30 minutes right at Ōsaka station Eki Marché. It is also a stop for the airport limousine bus to Kansai International Airport. Be mindful that its first come first serve for that service and only 1800 yen.

風呂のシャワー温度管理がしずらい熱くなったり、冷たくなったり。温度蛇口を付けて温度でかんりできるようにしてもらいたい。火傷をする。
シャワーを掛ける部分の使い方が分からず最初かかった場所でしか使用出来なかった。やり方があればわかりやすく書いてもらいたい分かるところに。

Overall a clean room except the little decorations on the wall haven’t been cleaned for a while and they were dusty.
Breakfast were widely chosen from Japanese to continental.

The breakfast was amazing - I could not imagine more choices, more accommodating staff - superb! The staff at the hotel - from check in to check out were so helpful and kind.
There was not a lot for me to do in the immediate area since I postponed my day at the aquarium, but a quick taxi or train got me to several great cultural visits including Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine - a must see!
I look forward to the next time I visit this part of Osaka and will definitely rebook Grand Prince Hotel!
