I was deliberately downgraded by Reception upon my evening arrival. I had booked and prepaid a Deluxe Room high up in the building very far in advance of my stay. When I complained of the room I was shown, I was simply told “No opportunity to change room. We don’t have any others.” I ended up in an alternative, grotty, small room for disabled guests. Loud noise from the street. Impossible to open window due to a large A/C making an intractable noise, and thuds arguing on the street. Room was not cleaned - and when I mentioned this, it was plainly ignored. Staff was unkind and did not seem to like their jobs at all. Not ONE smile, or a kindly word from either of them week. I could not wait to get out, and would warn anyone: Do not go. An incredibly disappointing experience.

We were looking for a room central to our first time in Paris. This was perfect literally 5 min walk and you’re at the Eiffel on Trocadéro side. What a site. The hotel is small but we went for the upgrade room which is perfect for 2 adults and a normal twin for the kids. Clean modern nice little additions like free wine for us. I would definitely come back here. No need to go to the major hotel chains if you’re on a tourist visit.

Absolutely magnificent stay at the Plaza Tour Eiffel. To start, the staff is not only friendly and accommodating, but they are genuinely invested in making sure your stay and visit in Paris are phenomenal. We checked in to our room to find a personalized note and a welcome gift. The staff also made excellent recommendations for dinner and even went as far as making reservations for us on two occasions. The rooms were well appointed and meticulously clean. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area; however, it is a 5 min. walk to Trocadéro and metro. The breakfast offers delicious coffee, eggs, breakfast meats, fruits & yogurt, bread and pastries, cheeses, juices, pancakes, and of course, croissants! They also offer a happy hour every afternoon with a complimentary glass of wine. Overall we had an amazing stay at Plaza Tour Eiffel and wouldn’t hesitate staying there again in the future. THANK YOU for making our first trip to Paris an unforgettable one!

Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff. Small rooms but with all the necessary amenities to make our stay special and welcoming.
