少しがっかり The place needs some work . Rooms old & beds cold . Water noise all night & doors slamming . Only one lift as other is being upgraded & apparently has been for over 6 weeks is a joke at one point took over 50 minutes to get ba k to room

少しがっかり On check in we were given room keys that didn’t work
So after a number of trips / and this was extremely slow due to only one lift working we got into our room late / we were late to a formal engagement due to this.
Then after explaining we need multi visits to the paid car park we were advised with the QR ticket this was fine.
However on exit we were charged double $44
The advertised price was $22 flat rate.
So nit a great experience & it did spoil our experience unfortunately

良い The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom shower was particularly cramped, which could be difficult for larger guests.
The bed was below average in terms of comfort.
There was also only one functioning lift, as the second lift was out of order, resulting in long waiting times.
Breakfast was average and did not particularly stand out.
At $245 per night for a single room with a queen bed, I felt the price was too high considering the size and overall quality of the room and facilities.
Overall, the location was the main positive, but the accommodation did not offer particularly good value for money.

I stay at this motel regularly for business due to it being close to my office and generally in a great location for shops and restaurants. Its amenities are basic the odd vending machine and unfortunately no gym. The bed sheets on this trip look to have grease marks on them so that was a little concerning. One lift has been out of service for some time now and this makes getting to your room or work a little frustrating. Stay here for a maximum of one night in my opinion

The Mercure was extremely convenient and central to all major shopping, food and entertainment. The staff were amazing. They were all so friendly, a big warm smile and so helpful. We'll definitely be back. Thankyou for having us, Mercure Melbourne
