Great service and comfortable room. Was quite disappointed to learn on arrival that the roof top sauna was €70 for an hour. I choose the hotel because if it and really couldn’t justify it. I could have stayed in a more convenient location had their hotels.com page been more transparent.

10th stay in this hotel in 2 years. Still ok for the price. Only one problem this time - smelly towels.

Okay where to start. Condition of the room, clean but needs repairing.
No kettle in the room. If you like coffee, black then no problem. Tea absolutely no.
I booked an executive suite. Only one traveller. Room was very large. Bed was two beds together. Only one pillow and single duvet. Asked and got another pillow. On the second night ( Friday ) this was a ticketed event. Was gave a ticket but not my thing. Very loud music till 0100. I was two floors above the music. I didn't get to sleep till after it stopped.
This was inappropriate for the hotel to host in my opinion. Breakfast was good.
The hotel is close to the centre.

Extremely helpful staff- polite, eager to please ( had no issue changing one of the rooms which was a bit noisy). Hotel was spotless well decorated and excellent value.
The view of the castle from the roof terrace was amazing.we would definitely recommend it.
Only slight issue was traffic noise- but if you’re tired you can sleep!

The hotel is well located. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help. Very good breakfast with a variety of food to choose from. The rooms were clean and in a good condition. The only problem was the noise from other rooms. In our room, we were able to hear discussions or noise from both rooms around.
