Manny Gonzalez the manager was horrible. We arrived and the room didn’t get made any days and we had to ask over the phone multiple times to get the room cleaned once over 5 days. The hotel is under major construction and has harsh fumes from the lobby. They don’t allow anything that’s not bought on property near pool areas or eating. Even baby food or bottles. Horrific service.

It’s being renovated rooms are nice

Honestly this place was horrible

The property is horribly maintained. The pool had pieces of broken plaster which cut the foot of a child in our group. This was the 2nd time this happened. The first time it was a piece of glass in the pool. The management refuses to buy new towels and are stained and torn.

The staff was great. I love that the lobby was open 24 hours. My kids and I came back late from Disney so we got late night snacks each night. The biggest issue was not being allowed food and drinks in the pool area. It was hard having to take my kids out every time they wanted a snack.

My family and i had a great time’

We really enjoyed our stay here! The water park area was clean and fun! My husband and I were both able to go down the water slides and our daughters loved them. The pool was the perfect size to stretch out and get some family time in. The room was clean and they even came in and cleaned giving us new towels and a fresh room. Everything felt very safe as you had to have a room key to get up to your floor and there was security at the pool. We were within walking distance of California Fish Grill where we ate the first night. The lobster nachos were excellent. My favorite part about the stay was breakfast. I have a wheat allergy and they had gluten free waffles, made specially upon request. I was able to enjoy breakfast with my family. The kids especially loved the Mickey mouse waffles we could make. There was generous amounts of food and tables were clean when we needed to sit down. There was tons of options such as yogurt, cereals, pork or turkey sausage patties, eggs, oatmeal (with raisins and brown sugar.) Overall it was a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has lots of great amenities but would probably not stay again. Biggest issue was the thin walls. We could hear the people below us, above us, and people in the rooms next to us. Had to knock on doors to ask people to quiet down at 1 am every single night. Lots of security but it was mainly young kids that didn’t do much. The staff wasn’t much help either, they lied to us about early check-in.

The space was taken care of very well. Very clean. The only drawback was breakfast, The eggs were just not good. They were super mushy and watery and some of the liquid machines were very finicky to get to work, and there was constantly issues with my room key card that I had to use to access my room floor.. but even after all that I would still go back because it was a great location andl the rooms were great and so was the pool

Overall the room was nice, shower pressure was low and the water kept changing. Staff at the lobby werent the friendliest, the bar was never open and the ice didn't work on the floor we stayed on.
