This is a very nice resort hotel with beautiful views over the hills. Ideally situated within 10 min walk to the main Mall plaza. I recommend this resort, and would gladly come again in the future.

Great rooms, very comfortable and immaculately clean as was the entire property. Staff super helpful and the room service meals were top quality. Close to many shops,cafes and the The Mall Road. A great stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great location just 7 minute walk from the station and not much more to Mall Road. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the waiter in the kitchen. Safe in room actually worked (unlike some hotels I stayed at in India. Only minus was the very pushy receptionist who tried to force a 5 star review out of me before I left (she made me open Google Reviews and watched me typing - unfortunately for her I was all out of their allotted WiFi allowance (basically didn’t last a day and a half and I am not a heavy browser). So for that they lose a star.

Very Nice, Quiet place. Rooms are well maintained. Staff is polite. Only thing missing was some amenities or games to spend time. Close to mall road and good parking space.

The property is far away from any attractions. Spa is under construction, and the staff is rude. After making the reservation with breakfast, they denied breakfast. The breakfast timings were not respected from 8am, it was served late. My recommendation is to not book this hotel.

We had to change our room multiple times over a 2 night stay. The bedding had stains & the rooms were not clean. Marks on the walls to unwashed floors. We asked to get a refund, so we could leave the hotel & got promised the Presidential Suit, although it was bigger, all the same issues persisted. The WiFi was intermittent & slow. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had the terrible experience. The worst stay of my life so far. Bed sheets and blankets were dirty. The room smelled like pee. towels were discolored. The property does not look like anything in the pictures they have on internet. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

This is family frindly hotel with fantastic view of mountains.

Great hotel with great staff

This hotel was fine, comfortable in a good location. Compared to other places we stayed, it was rather expensive for what we got, but Shimla is expensive. We were expecting it to be more luxurious than it was.
