Parking was confusing, with 2 spaces not guaranteed. During check-in, we have a few broken things, but couldn't find the Room iPad to report it. The area is 10 min walk from the Beppu station, so it is not difficult to find a restaurant. Room wise, it is quite clean, with everything such as bed, sink, restroom and bathroom

Clean, easy and good price

Nice property, free parking (we were lucky one of the two spots was available). Sink drain was clogged and Dan needed to be cleaned, otherwise everything was great and would stay again.

Its a alright self serve hotel, good water pressure, safe and overall nothing to complain about. Staff respond within an hour or two of any message you send. The only thing i can really gripe about is that when you check in you get a little message informing you that you must complete a walk through of the place cataloging any damage you find within the first 2 hours of your stay, or you might be help liable for the damage found, that part kind of sucks but otherwise a solid spot

Room was clean and location was nearby the train station. It was very walkable. Kitchen and amenities were provided. Hot water and heater was great. It was very spacious and I recommend people to stay here!

This property has no staff onsite. So you have no ability to leave luggage before check in or after checkout, so you have to use the lockers at the train station. Email on entry was confusing and required a call. I observed similar struggles with other guests. Checkin is all via keypad. Room was a nice size, had a kitchen, and sitting area (cushions were stained). Location to the train station was nice, but it is not bar any hot springs or other attractions.

Clean and spacious layout.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL SO MUCH!! Will definitely book this hotel again when I visit Beppu in the future. The Interior design is amazing. That’s my dream house!!

Hard to find food near this property. This property is new and interior is well done. There is washing machine and small kitchen. Our room for 3 pax come with 3 double bed. Need 5 min walk to the nearest hourly parking space.

Wonderful room with lots of space. Walking distance to many resturants (Beppu BOLD Kitchen was amazing ~ 3,000 Y a person) and convinece stores. Warning: there were only 2 parking spaces. there is a lot down the street.
