Excellent venue Excellent location!

Overall, Hampton Inn & Suites Midtown is in a great location & is close to restaurants and other attractions. We were also able to check in a little early, which was nice. The hotel appeared clean, & the upgraded suite we were moved to was spacious with a nice view. Unfortunately, shortly after checking into our original room, I found a small roach on one of the pillows. We immediately took photos and a video, then contacted the front desk. They responded quickly, asked us to email the photos, & upgraded us to another room. I really appreciated how promptly they handled the situation. Thank you Autumn. Later that evening, we noticed another bug on the hallway wall near our upgraded room. Looked like a roach. We only mentioned it to Autumn at checkout more so for awareness & were told it looked like a “Georgia water bug” & that pest control had been there that day. Regardless, seeing bugs in multiple areas of the hotel suggests there is a pest issue that should be addressed. Valet parking is $50 per night, so we chose to use Uber instead. The breakfast was decent for a quick meal before heading out, and the waffles were probably the best part. I would also like to see a few non-pork breakfast options for those who don’t eat pork. Overall, the hotel was quiet, the rooms themselves appeared clean, & the staff was responsive. My only real concern was the pest issue, which I hope management addresses because it took away from what otherwise would have been a pleasant stay.

We had a stay over in Midtown Atlanta. The room was clean and staff was courteous.

Such a nice place to stay at a very reasonable price: I would most definitely stay there again!

They should think about maintaining their AC Units and Breaksat can be beter

Everything was clean and the staff very friendly. The location was excellent- right across the street from the MARTA station and walking distance to many restaurants. There was a Whole Foods a block away if you needed anything. Lobby/bar/breakfast area was on rooftop and had a terrace and great views.

All around good property!

I didn't like how terrible was the guy at the reception when I couldn't find the place. It looks like he didn't know the surroundings of his place of work. He finally put me on hold for ever and never picked up the phone again. Couldn't tell me that there's two streets with the same name running parallel, the only difference is one is call West Peachtree and the other street just Peachtree. Breakfast not so great and I hate hotels with reception on top floor. Would never come back.
