少しがっかり
Unfortunately the room had no air con and only a fan and the room 16 was very hot and uncomfortable. The fan did however help somewhat dampen the noise coming from other rooms. This was both from upstairs using the bathroom and adjacent to me in and out of the room up until 1am. Also seemed to be a party downstairs who made it known into the late hours. The soundproofing needs to be looked at. I'm sure the other rooms may be ok but this room is situated terribly for noise.

The room was fantastic! Very comfortable, spacious and surrounded by greenery. They don’t have onsite front desk, so it can make late requests a little challenging. Give time for their WhatsApp communication, it’s not very expedient. They are very accommodating, however, and overall we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

Nice stay! Would recommend. Hotel was within walking distance to the city center and had plenty of parking. Room had a fridge, microwave, and utensils. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Had a cute charm about it.

Travel crib available . Small kitchenette incredibly useful. 2 separate bedrooms, one doubling up as the lounge, of sorts

Property is okay, was expecting a patio room but had a room on the second floor. Room was clean and fridge freezer did work, once I realised that it had been unplugged by the previous person that stayed in the room. Cleaning staff were very friendly. About 10 minutes walk to lots of different restaurants, Francine’s was excellent both in terms of quality of food and reasonably priced. Good base from where to do walks around the Lakes.
