とても良い I’ve stayed at this hotel before and is generally an overall good stay, however, this most recent stay had us in a room that was not as good as the first time. Doors didn’t quite close right, TV stopped working twice, but the staff did come to fix it quickly. Elevator service can be a little slow. Would stay again.

最高 If you have family at the University of Alberta hospital the location can’t be beat, a quick walk away. The staff were incredibly considerate, my Mom really appreciated how helpful the staff were during a challenging time. Spacious room, good A/C and the sound machine was an added bonus.

最高 We arrived during a freak wind and rain storm. This did not affect our room or stay but there was water pouring out of a cover in the lobby just off the elevator. I am sure it was just that the system was overwhelmed but it did freak us out a little. The staff were amazing and offered us late parking due to the event we were going to that day, very kind. Our room was fabulous we had a bedroom and sofa bed and small kitchen area. Totally great stay!

とても良い This is not a fancy place by any means and it is quite dated but the location and staff more than make up for this! While it might be a bit dated it is clean and overall a good stay....the convenience of not having to park at the U of A hospital was wonderful and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful and pretty much a delight- both the check in and checkout staff! The only gross part is the parkade- don't get me wrong having dedicated parking in this area was awesome - it was just a bit dodgy and if you drive a pickup like we do the roof is very low- if you have a lifted truck you will not fit in here! Side note: the attached coffee shop was wonderful as well- the staff was great the the cappuchino and scones were delish!
