Rang the day before about early check-in no answer so left message arrive around 10 said can’t check in till 2 told her about phone call nothing except lecture about check in time ended up getting in at 130 after walking around town for hours rude lady at reception Room looked nothing like advertised in photos what a scam so called free breakfast ends at 830 sharp done sleep in or nothing lol false advertising at its best never again

Staff were lovely, the attached Thai restaurant delicious, the room also included breakfast….cereal, toast pancakes and a large selection of cereals as well as juice, tea/coffee and condiments/spreads for toast. Yes the room was basic but clean comfortable and a hot shower, what more do you need for one night…..

The best thing about this Hotel is the Thai Lady that runs it and the restaurant. This hotel is falsely advertised online. The photos do not match the rooms you stay in. The amenities are in poor condition and our tv didn’t even work. Would only revisit the restaurant. Good proximity to town. Rooms need overhaul.

No water to motel one morning, place needs a lot of work. The breakfast was good and reception was good aswell. Location was key for us.

Was the staff supportive no not really We had a late check in so we arrived around 10.40pm got in fine went to get the last bits from the car and the door closed Behing me. and locked the keys inside the apartment, called up the after hours and the little miss just keep saying you should have takem more care of them and i cant help untill 6.00am so she did not let us in, so i called a locksmith 250 dollors i was going to do it but the locksmith could not unlock the door without permission from the manager, did she answer. "NO!!!! so we never stayed in our aparerment i was fuming. I WANT A FULL REFUND HER ATTITUDE WAS DISGUSTING MADE ME SO PISSED OF 😤 WORST MOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE THATS NO JOKE and eveybody that i have told thinks thats a joke but its not thats the Q hotel SHAME ON THEM i was left out side no clothes no wallet all in the apartment i payed for stinking from driving ABAOLUTE JOKE
