良い家族と滞在
There is no staff on site that I could tell. Our room didn’t have a hair dryer and when I called to request one, no one was available to bring it until after 9am which was after I left for the day. Ants in the room were a problem too. The condition of the floors and walls in general have not been kept up.

They were not there to let us in! Stood out in the sun for 15 minutes while someone drove back to let me in. This was around 2:50pm. Check in is from 2pm.
Curtains were moldy, bathroom sink tap falling off. The room door had a very simple lock & didn't feel very secure. There were clean dishes on the dresser but no food offered (to my knowledge?).
Cleaning staff was very friendly, others not so much.

I found myself in Hillingdon unexpectedly, and this place was life saving. The house is located very close to the hospital, and it is very safe and secure. There's a Tesco a short walk from the guest house, and my room had a microwave and fridge. The room was perfect, and the owner worked with my ever changing schedule. I highly recommend!

The main door was on the latch despite a note saying it should never be on the latch. The hall carpet was poor, and the general decoration was the same. My first reaction was that the room was very cold, and the windows were open. There is no carpet, which makes the room feel very odd. The TV didn't work. I phoned the "manager" as there is no staff in the building that I saw. He said the antenna in the room needs adjusting and would give a refund. The bathroom was very basic and did smell. Also, cold with an annoying automatic light. The bed was hard with only a duvet, no extra blankets. Parking was ample and free.

良い It was nothing special but price was right for being so close to Heathrow airport. Great for a stop over. It was clean and beds were comfortable.

The room was cosy and good size for family of 5. The host was very helpful. Bedding could have been a bit cleaner and needed good ventilation in the bathroom.
