Very clean room, airport shuttle to hotel then over to rental car

Great getaway The lady at the front desk Friday ( 7/10/26 was very nice. Check in super easy. Their breakfast was 10 out of 10. The pool felt like it was heated. Shower pressure was great. Overall, a great stay. Clean room and check out guy was very friendly.

Very cordial and accomodating staff at front desk and elsewhere. Excellent Breakfast Buffet w/ some higher end yogurt, oatmeal & toppings , nice premade omlettes and cinnamon rolls that were not gummy or heavy on the sugar...Fresh fruit , potatoes, and good coffee to name some of the surprises which was all included in the rate.

Overall, clean room and community areas. The staff was very friendly and greeted us. We had a couple of days when housekeeping didn't make it in, but we were able to get what we needed from the desk. You might want to enjoy making U-turns, but it was not bad, easy access to the highway.

Camas incomodas

While the room itself was clean and well-maintained, I experienced significant issues with the staff. Upon arrival, the concierge could not locate my reservation and attempted to send me to a different hotel. Fortunately, I insisted they re-verify my paperwork, which revealed that the room they initially assigned to me was already occupied. Additionally, the hotel's location is quite noisy due to the adjacent railroad, making it difficult to sleep. While the breakfast spread was generally great, the omelet was underwhelming. Although I enjoyed the quality associated with this hotel brand and would stay with the network again, I will not be returning to this specific location.

spacious, clean and well maintained rooms. Nice breakfast and common work space on ground floor. 10 minute drive from RDU.

A+ Great room at a good rate.

It was a 1 night stay with awesome customer service throughout the whole building. Breakfast was great😋😋Due to the weather I didn't get to enjoy the pool 😑 so I'll definitely be back for that.

Hotel and room were clean plus staff very helpful.
