Best hotel we have stayed at in Bali. The staff are attentive and so lovely. All staff were kind and friendly and great with kids.
We wish we could stay longer.
Only comments would be there is no playground as mentioned, and the non-alcoholic mocktails are similar and sugary. Non-alcoholic versions of classic cocktails would be nice as an option. But otherwise cannot fault the restaurants and accomodation.

Beautiful beach, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and dinner! We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool which was amazing! I had two massages with Pri. Best massage ever! Highly recommend!! My husband had a massage therapist that he really liked named Dewi. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing staff, beautifully landscaped grounds, fantastic beachfront location (with chairs and loungers reserved for resort guests). Resort pool is large, deep, warm, and well served by bar staff. Food, especially the seafood, was excellent and well presented. The pisang goreng is a must have! Pool villa was spacious and private.

The Balinese vibe takes hold within minutes of arriving. One hour on the beach while listening to hypnotic gamelan music and the stresses of the modern world release their grip on your mind and body; one vibrates to the soothing rhythms of surf and the allure of a beautiful place.
Attentive staff are evidently proud to be there. The gardens are lovely and precisely manicured. Villas are generously sized and breakfast delicious.

This property on Jimbaran Beach is an oasis. With only 64 rooms, and large beach access, it is a low density gem with all the amenities. The food and service were excellent. Sunsets and entertainment nightly.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It’s understated luxury l, feeling like home where every staff member knows who you are making you feel warm and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here

I loved the Bose speaker and the incense in the room—it added a really nice touch. The room design and amenities felt unique and exotic. The bed was exceptionally soft, unlike the typical firm mattresses found in many places across Asia. The garden was charming, and the beach nearby was lovely, especially when the weather cooperated.
The only downside was the food—it lacked flavor and variety. Still, overall, it was a pleasant stay.
