I can't say enough nice things for this hotel. Kids-friendly. Tons of things to do for kids. Clean. Well-kept. Well-staffed. Breakfast is superb. I just hope it stays this nice for many years to come.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a small gym. It also has other amenities for children. It is great for a family vacation. Its location is a bit off town centre, but there are other transportation at the train station which is about ten minutes walk from the hotel.

This property is geared towards families with kids w/facilities such outdoor pool, kids play room, story telling room. Though they had DIY craft sessions you could sign up for, it was cancelled during the pandemic. It's on the outskirts of town, but if the guest is driving, it's only 10-15min away from downtown Taitung. Breakfast spread could be improved (saw fruit flies in the salad bar) and wished the bed mattress was of higher quality.

Modern hotel with a nice family room. The facilities are good and there is a lot to do at the hotel for kids. Location is slightly away from downtown (about 10 - 15 minutes drive). The main two areas of improvement for the hotel are: 1- if the staff could talk English (friendly staff but very difficult to communicate with them if you don’t speak Chinese) it would facilitate a more pleasant stay 2- the family room design is super nice but too many sharp edges around the bed and the room for kids to bump into.

The room is clean and nice. But the wifi is broken. You have to wait in the line for a breakfast.
