Difficult to lock exterior door if on a main floor room. Little privacy if on a main floor rooms as you back on to the parking lot. If you want to open curtains in the morning people walking or driving by can see into your room. Would be nice to have sheers to have a little more privacy.

It’s a run down older hotel pretending to be modern. We had 2 rooms booked and they literally couldn’t have been on farther ends of the hotel. Ironic since the rooms had adjoining doors yet despite booking two rooms online on the same reservation. One room didn’t have the AC running when we entered. It didn’t have power, and we had to reset the built in gfi on the plug to get it to turn on. No real cool air for the first hour and we almost asked for a new room as a result but it finally started running properly. Lots of parking. Breakfast - nothing to write home about. Usual powdered scramnked eggs but the sausages looked like they’d been microwaved to death and then a little longer. Hotel is on far west side of Saint John, so be prepared for a drive anywhere and everywhere and those streets suck. IYKYK Would definitely not return.

They upgraded my room with no extra cost. With Grandson being a finicky sleeper. Great service.

Clean room

The air conditioning was extremely loud and the beds were very soft. Short drive to the ferry.

Floors thin. Had to change rooms because people had two little boys that ran through the rooms constantly. After an hour we requested a room change. Sir conditioning units in each room are very loud. Probably would not stay here again even though price is good. Breakfast satisfactory, eggs, sausage. Cereal. Toast, yogurt.

The staff when I had checked in, were very friendly. They made for the check in to be smooth and helped answer some questions I had. The room was clean, nice for the one night stay. Check out, very smooth as well. No issues whatsoever.
