The hotel is really close to Sapporo station. Plenty of food around the hotel.

Free breakfast was a plus. Different menu on different day. Room was comfortable and area was quiet. Very convenient to the train-bus station. Would stay here again.

Two of the three Front Desk staf were very rude to me and I found them very unprofessional. I do not know why I made these two dislike me. The third staff member was very professional and I had no problem working with him. We stayed at many Toyoko Inns and there was only one (not this one) that had breakfast buffet with two lines rather than a single one. This made it much easier and faster. This one was the only one that had an outside storage location to store luggages. You had to open it yourself, secure it yourself and get it yourself. Staff did not do anything. I thought that if I was traveling alone, this would have been a scary situation when you have to go there early morning or late in the day. Had it not been for my experience with staff and the outside storage space, I would not think twice about staying here again.
