Room had a bad Oder , had the front desk give me a air freshener to freshen the room
.
Light bulb was flickering in the bathroom, had to replace the bulb , the pool area had used bandages all over the floor and used bandages in the water .
Hallways had a bad Oder, and trash in them

A great place for your little family to rest and sleep. The only complaint is the fridge isn’t as cold, even at the max. We especially needs it for the half gallon of milk for our baby. Otherwise our stayed for the weekend was wonderful and a good experience overall! The kids had a good sleep there. Highly recommended if you needed an affordable place to rest.

Property is a bit dated. Beds were comfortable and clean. There was a slight urine smell in the room coming from the carpets.

It seems the property up keep is slipping in cleanliness. Staff is wonderful and so very kind. Everyone that works there always is friendly and greets you with a smile

Having stayed at multiple AmericInn hotels, I feel like this one fell below their norm. Our room had crumbs on the floor, lots of them under the AC unit. The pool was very small, no hot tub. Breakfast was alright. Coffee maker in the room was broken. Room was listed to sleep 5 in a room with 2 queen beds, so we figured it would have floor space for a twin bed, but it only did if we rearranged the table and slept under it, amongst the crumbs. So, it worked for a place to sleep, I guess.

I have no idea how their reviews are as good as they are! The hotel is poorly maintained. The parts that are renovated, are not renovated well. It's not clean to most standards. Not even worth it to mention the pool. The only good thing is they have an okay breakfast. I'm in the area fairly frequently and will not be staying here again.
