It's fine for a place to crash. I wasn't feeling up to driving home to Sacramento after a really late return flight, so I booked a room. The bed was decent and it was quiet enough to get good rest. If your looking for a destination hotel, this isn't it in my opinion. I'll book here again, instead of using the hotel inside SFO, which is almost twice as expensive.

Be patient. The airport pick up every 15 minutes took 25 minutes, but they got there.

I would say everything was great. I wish it had an indoor pool as well not just outside.. also really wish there was a lot more options for the breakfast maybe a free complementary breakfast for adults too.

Check in was great. Friendly staff. Beautiful view from my room. There was a wedding party happening and it was LOUD through late into the night.
I was woken up many times by loud people walking by from the party. I tried calling the front desk, but it was an automated answer.
The shower was dirty. Hair all over the shower wall. The water never got hot.
One good thing was the airport shuttle. It made getting the airport easy.

Nice rooms. Comfortable. Hot tub was out of order the entire stay. Super close to the airport. Easy for Ubber drivers to find. Restaurant food was good. You can also walk to Max's down the street which was yummy! Speedy frequent shuttle bus to airport driven by super great drivers. Best part of this hotel... The STAFF. So nice and helpful! I can not say enough about how great the staff there is.
