Great room and great staff. Subway entrance right outside the hotel very convenient and great area

Great value, friendly and helpful staff, metro right there, good sized rooms and all with balcony, a major plus

I enjoyed staying here. My room on the 5th floor overlooked the back courtyard which may have been quieter than the street side. It was quiet and fairly spacious although the bathroom was a little tight, but no problem. I'd have preferred it if the tv wasn't just German stations and there was a microwave oven - but I knew there wasn't one so it wasn't a big deal. There was quite a spacious fridge though, which was really useful. Check-in was quick and easy, but I didn't have the breakfast or visit the bar. The weather was pretty bad during my stay so it was great being able to walk outside directly into the U-bahn station - for that reason alone I'd recommend staying here! The area it's in isn't anything special but you can be in the centre in just 10 mins on the metro. I thought it was pretty good value for money and I'd definitely stay here again.

Ideal hotel will be back perfect location and amenities are first class. The staff are lovely friendly and helpful

Clean room and friendly staff

The location is great, right next to the subway station. But the room is dusty, not super clean or super nice like what’s in the picture.

The entrance and reception were fine, there isn't really a 'common' lobby area- just the space with the reception behind a bar + they put breakfast in bowls on the bar top. This was all fine and the workers were very kind. The bed was also nice and clean sheets. The bathroom was dirty and had black mould. We also had small bites when we left on our arms and legs- just a few so unsure what they were from. No sign of bedbugs. It is a fine hotel, decent place to stay but only if it is priced lower than others.

Cool basic hotel.
