Rooms are bigger than the average Tokyo hotel so this comes in handy. Rooms were immaculate. Asakusa is a fantastic area for food and the temple all in walking distance and centrally connected via the Ginza line with a 7/11 near door.

I was traveling with my son and we absolutely loved this place! Very clean, helpful staff, nice location, comfortable bed for great sleep. Sensoji temple is within 5min ish walking, and shops and restaurants are within 1-2 minutes walking. I took a stroll around sensoji 9-11 pm and the view was beautiful and different from day time, it was easy and safe. Also there were so many great matcha ice cream/ desert shops around. Sumo show and Sushi Making Tokyo class are both within 5 minutes walking distance, convenient for a last minute decision for a rainy day. Loved the hotel overall.

Love the hello kitty room And everything else about the hotel. Super clean everywhere you go!

We surprised our kids with the Hello Kitty room and it was so fun! We also loved the breakfast! Delicious!

I stayed in this hotel for three weeks and almost everyday they cleaned our room without having to do anything. Very friendly staff and a very nice view of Sumida River.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When my wife and I had a leak in our room (due to the typhoon), we notified staff. Their quickness and efficiency really impressed us. When we returned to our room later that day, we found a letter with an apology for the inconvenience and coupons for free breakfast for the rest of our stay! Would absolutely stay. Rooms were always clean, staff was always friendly, breakfast was always delicious.

The hotel is located right across the street from the Ginza line which made it very easy to get places. It is also very close to other subway and railway lines. There are two 7-11s nearby: one pretty much downstairs and the other is around the corner. There's a ton of restaurants. The staff was very helpful when one of us had a medical issue. There's a pharmacy right around the corner. The bedroom area was smallish from an American standpoint but the shower/bath was great. The combo washers/dryers on three floors were pretty convenient. (Just don't overload them or you would need extra drying time.) Through the TV, you can view whether they're free and for how long they are running. The breakfast was pretty good there.

It is good location, you can find all kids of shops around the hotel, also it is very easy to access to public transportation stations

Everything was great (hotel, cleanliness, quiet, location near shopping streets and train, staff, little extras like bath salts, etc.) except room was a bit small and nowhere to hang out at the hotel for early risers).

This was a great first stay in the Tokyo area. The area is pleasant and not as overwhelming as other areas of Tokyo. Walkable and comfortable. Bathroom was really great looking back and the breakfast was a delightful start to the morning- delicious melon bread and fruit, granola, many Japanese offerings, as well as bacon, sausage, etc. We stayed in the Hello Kitty room, as a family of four, and we were all happy and comfy. The 7/11 was a huge bonus!
