Although I am rating this hotel highly, and overall the staff was great, the room clean and comfortable, the location within walking distance to many historic sites and museums, and the breakfast nicely done… our mini fridge didn’t work the entire 5 days we were there. Not a deal breaker but since the weather was hot and we needed hydration it was disappointing to only have warm water to drink. We would stay here again but hope for a working fridge. Thanks especially to Nurai for her wonderful smile and hospitality.

Kudos to the entire team at Hotel Oceania! Located in a great spot, near Metro and buses. Hotel was clean, fantastic breakfast, and wonderful staff. The actual hotel is on the 3rd floor, accessible by a small lift (elevator) but it was very easy to use. This was a fantastic stay!!

5/5 — Hotel Oceania, Rome Stayed 5 nights for our 30th anniversary trip and couldn't have asked for a better base in Rome. The hotel is perfectly located — walking distance from Termini but quiet, and easy access to everywhere you want to be. The room itself was quite pleasant. It had a very well functioning air conditioning unit which was great because it was quite hot when we were there in Rome. The staff made this place. Mario at the front desk was exceptional — knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely engaged. The rotating staff across all shifts maintained the same standard, which isn't easy. The breakfast team deserves a special mention — attentive, warm, and on top of everything every morning. The owner came out personally each morning to check on guests — in a 24-room hotel that kind of hands-on ownership shows, and you feel it throughout. When we needed an extra night beyond our original booking, they accommodated us without any hassle. That kind of flexibility and service is rare and appreciated. Clean, comfortable, well run. If you're heading to Rome, book this hotel. ---

The property was adorable. Only downside was that it is on the 5th floor and a lot of stairs. That said. There IS a small elevator (fit maybe 2 people without luggage) so there is that option. We just chose to take the stairs. It was fine for or family to get the extra steps in. Property staff were great :)

Hotel Oceania is a wonderful hotel. The hotel is very clean and centrally located. You can walk to all of the main attractions. The staff are AMAZING they all go out of their way to help you. They are super friendly and accommodating. This was our second stay there and we will definitely go back!

This hotel and its owners were excellent! The traditional Italian breakfast they serve was fabulous and much more than a typical continental breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel while in Rome. Very quaint
