Owner & staffs are very nice. Breakfast is a la carte but so good.

I booked a family room with 2 beds for my family for a night in Hue. Nothing too bad but absolutely not a good choice. Pros: The hotel is located right next to the river, so the atmosphere is great. We love it. Staffs are nice and fast-reacts to our request when there are problems with the lavabo. The guard helped us to carry our luggage when arriving, not when leaving. Cons: This price is absolutely overcharged. With that price, adding $10 or $20, I may get a much better option in a nice resort in Hue. The room is quite small to a "family room" size with 3 beds. The breakfast is a real disappointment with very boring taste. The bathroom is not very nice. Lavabo has a problem in the evening. The water could not get down but stuck there. When I call the receptionist, she says "normally it has no problem", seems she shows her untrust on us before coming to the room, and then send 2 guys and herself to check and fix it quickly.

Nice location by the riverside, which was quiet but close to the main walking street of restaurants (20 minute walk). Staff very helpful and kind. The room is little on small side, comfortable bed, clean, good AC and nice bathroom. Overall excellent value for money and a safe choice. One advice for the hotel - why not consider having a drinks station at breakfast so guests can help themselves to drinks freely? Thank you.

All 3 of us slept well. I knocked out each night and slept the best there in fact. The prettiest and most scenic stay of our whole trip, considering that most of the other accomms we stayed at were of comparable price range. Friendly, genuine and sincere staff that did not use sales tactics on us.

Very clean and new shared villa in Hue. Everyone was nice and friendly, and breakfast was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Paix in Hue. Thanks for your hospitality :)
