We liked the onsen in our room.

We loved our stay at Fuji Lake hotel. The room was spacious and offered an amazing view of the lake. We even went to the observation deck in the morning to see Mt. Fuji! The breakfast was amazing and provided a variety of food options, and all the staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is also in a great location and walking distance to some of the restaurants near the lake. I would definitely stay here again!

Lake view room offers very nice view. Breakfast buffet room has stunning view of Mount Fuji. And three are a wide selection of food. Our family really enjoyed the breakfast time. We really enjoyed our stay there.

A wonderful stay right on the banks of lake kawaguchiko. The room was perfect with one side lake kawaguchiko and other side Mount Fuji. Staff and hospitality are at their best. Thank you

Fuji Lake Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The check-in process was a little different from what you might expect, but go with it—they clearly have their own approach and are trying to create a more enjoyable and efficient guest experience. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay was the private onsen with Mount Fuji as the backdrop. It was a truly beautiful and memorable experience that will stay with us for a long time. The hotel shuttle was extremely useful, not only for arrival and departure but also throughout our stay. Being able to hop on and off made it much easier to explore the surrounding area without worrying about transportation. AKAFUJI Restaurant was another highlight, offering an excellent dining experience and a wide range of Japanese cuisine. If you're looking for a chance to slow down and recharge between visits to Japan's bustling cities, Lake Kawaguchiko and Fuji Lake Hotel provide the perfect setting. The peaceful atmosphere, stunning scenery, and exceptional hospitality make it an ideal place to spend a few relaxing days.

Great hotel. The buffet was good. The hot springs bath in the room was nice!

I only booked one night and wished I had booked at least one more night. The resort was a welcome respite after the fast-pace of Tokyo. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ready to assist in any way. The hotel runs a shuttle from the station to the hotel and back again which was convenient and helpful, but the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to a bus station and a bike rental is right across the street. They offer a generous buffet for both breakfast and dinner offering plenty of options. I loved everything about this resort and highly recommend!

This place had an old hotel, and I felt old just being there. The price was very expensive and the room was smaller than the picture implied. Regarding the reason for going there - the lake area filled with foreigners with little to do and eat. We walked around the city trying to find a place and there were so few choices and mostly for tourists. I would not come back ever again.
