We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was really clean, modern and just lovely. The staff was great and eager to help. Their English is limited so download your Baidu Translate app before arriving in China. There is also a bunch of great little restaurants in the immediate neighborhood as well as a Bank of China close by. If anyone knows of a better translation app please let me know.

From the entry the checkin process took so long and the staff is not professional at all.
As a room, the toilet wasn’t cleaned AC was not working well, safe book was so old fashion and the all the facilities are old.

It is my first stay at this hotel and the staff are very friendly, The room is very clean and we also got some night time snacks as well. I will stay there again.

I stayed in their apartment room for a few days, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was provided by the restaurant Akatsuki, and it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, cozy stay during their trip.

I liked the variation of foods in the breakfast buffet along with the fact that there were people that were helping you open the heavy doors to get in and out of the hotel easily. I would definitely come here another time or recommend it.😁

少しがっかり you guys should really look into the way you star the hotels. my experience with booking with expedia is horrifying, i don think i will ever would like to deal with you guys EVER.

とても良い Great service from all staff members. the room was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing. I wish the air condition thermostat display was in English and not Chinese.Great shuttle service to the Canton fair, on time with provision of water and snacks. Location was good and close to many places
