Terrible stay
We booked a room with windows and a balcony for about €150, but on arrival, we were given a small, windowless economy room instead. I believe they were overbooked and decided to downgrade us.
Thanks to Hotels.com support, we were moved to a smaller room with windows for the second night, but the first night was awful — no windows, no air, and my spouse and three kids struggled with panic attacks. It completely ruined our stay.
Breakfast was very basic, and the hotel staff didn’t care or try to help. Without Hotels.com, we would have been stuck.

Great boutique hotel. Very quiet in a super convenient location. Easy walking distance to major attractions. I really appreciated the excellent service, very helpful staff and good advice. Air conditioning was great, bed very comfortable. Would recommend.

The room was so smelly and musty. It was super dirty and the bathroom was full of mold. The towels were yellowish. You get what you pay for, the hotel is not a good choice you are only paying for the area but the room was horrible. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice.

Hotel had great customer service. Front desk was very accommodating and helpful. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay.

Bad lighting in bathroom. Shower head was too hot or too cold. Horrible water pressure. Dated room. Good front desk people though.

Terrible experience I called them on the day of arrival while I was waiting for connection flight to arrange airport pick up but they mentioned my confirmed booking is not valid anymore and they can't accommodate us. they made our Christmas break stressful

Hotel staff welcomed us very well. But there was a package of previously eaten food in my room. But in general the hotel was clean.
