I booked three reservations for a total of six nights and only stayed one. It is located on the other side of everything in Hoi An. No restaurant or coffee shops nearby and it was a 15 minute Grab ride to go anywhere. The pool looked amazing, but there was no shade and it was far too hot out to be in the direct sun. The room was not nearly as nice as the photos looked. When I walked down the street, I felt like I was being harassed by all the local massage places, it just didn’t feel safe or welcoming. I ended up losing all my money, but there was no way I was going to stay somewhere and be miserable.

I loved my stay here so much I cancelled my stay at another hotel and came back. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are wonderfully helpful and so friendly. Property is relaxed and quiet. Shuttle service to old town runs multiple times a day. Views are great from the river room (havent stayed in other rooms so cant comment). Love the complimentary mini bar items and turn down service. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Food in general was very good. Great price too

Wow, this place is such a wonderful respite from the craziness of downtown Hoi An and yet completely accessible to both Hoi An and the beach. Just great

This is the most relaxing and perfect place I have ever stayed. A true sense of serenity. Staff are lovely and always pleased to welcome me back.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious & comfortable. However, this is a very family friendly hotel and whilst that’s perfect if you have a family, we wanted something more serene and relaxing. The pool was not a relaxing place to be at all. All of the staff were excellent apart from round by the pool - in a 5 star hotel I would expect someone to come and check on you / take your order from the sunbed but not once did that happen. The spa was good quality and the deals they had on were much appreciated otherwise it would be far too expensive. The food at breakfast is fantastic - so much choice and very good quality. The rest of the food on offer that we tried was very poor. You’re better going to some of the cafes round the corner, which are much better and cheaper. For us, we wouldn’t return but I think if you’re a family with young children it’s a great choice.

From being collected in DaNang, at check-in, throughout our stay and to airport drop off, the service and staff have been outstanding.
