Et gammelt og sjarmerende hotel. Enkel ok frokost. Sentral beliggenhet. Grei parkering.

We were a little disappointed with the room as it didn’t match the photo on your website. However, it was just one night and it was very clean.

Great staff.

Small property... I get it... it's not like a big-brand 5-star hotel. Still, I expect some basics. The room smelled funny, even after I aired it out. The radiator in the bathroom does not work. The shower frequently cycled between scorching hot and freezing cold water. The "free breakfast" does not get restocked, so cold cuts that were consumed yesterday would be empty today--no new alternatives, just that spot is now empty. The upholstery is severely stained and worn on the chairs in their "restaurant" area. Also, no elevator, so be prepared to carry all luggage up the stairs! Overall, very disappointing, and I don't plan to go back.

Good Budget hotel for short stay. nice location. NOt far from the city center. Rooms are comfort and clean. Breakfast is good. Overall, satisfied.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is a standard German hotel, which is what I expected. Food is amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

Central location. No lift which makes luggage a problem. Solo Traveller. Online booking did not indicate a seriously budget room with threadbare carpet and old mattress. Characterful hotel and nice staff but amenities a bit poor.

The hotel overall was decent. The location was great, in downtown of Soltau & minutes to Heide Park. The hotel was clean & the room as well. However, as a non smoker the rooms reeked of stale cigarettes from all the smokers throughout the years which made the rooms quite unpleasant & uncomfortable...
