Muy cómodo hotel en la ciudad de Santa Fé, frente al centro comercial Garden Santa Fé. Desayuno incluido, básico pero siempre estuvo muy rico. Personal muy atento, y las habitaciones cómodas.

En general estuvo bien, lo que realmente no me gustó fue la cama, fatal porque al sentarse o acostarse se hundía demasiado, como si el colchón estaba ya bastante viejo.

The worst stay, and it’s not normal for this to happen in this hotel chain, because I’ve stayed in others and they’re exceptional. The bed sheets had hair and were dirty. I even requested a sheet change, and when they removed the pillowcases, they were yellow. I asked to change rooms, and in the new room, one of the two queen beds again had hair on it. And they don’t give refunds to switch to another hotel. It’s a hotel where the cleanliness is terrible.

poor maintenance

Two weeks ago I stayed in the same hotel and this time it was completely different experience. The staff was great. This time it was much better than last. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great. Unfortunately property has old/frayed towels, holes in bed sheets, problems with shower temperature, not very clean. Felt like a cheap motel. Fortunately the staff helped us and they relocated us to a property next door which was a little better, but same comments about their towels and bed sheets.
