Hotel itself was clean comfortable and great esp for the price just has quite a few homeless nearby if you r walking at night to dinner with young kids

Walking distance to central train station, staff was super helpful, they filled out bottles with ice (a lot of it 😀 ) whenever asked. Rooms were spacious, with kettle and and mainly AC. There is elevator in the building. Highly recommend!!!

Have stayed there before - even remembered the Iron in the room!

Very nice and helpful staff, clean room, good value. Location was good as far as close to an area with shops and restaurants, but to get there we had to walk through a pretty bad part of town. I think next time I would find a different route that felt safer. I'd recommend asking the hotel staff about the best way to get over to the shopping area, or maybe Uber instead of walking. No fault of the hotel, the hotel itself felt very clean and safe, but the area a few blocks away was pretty blatantly an area with overt drug use/selling and girls advertising their services. Nobody bothered us, but probably not an area you would want to walk through with children.

There is not daily room service unless you request it. The breakfast and kitchen staff’s hospitality were very good. On my last day of check out at 1030 I received a knock on my door telling me check out was at noon. First time I ever got this type of reminder. There are also constantly Sudanese and Somalian men hanging outside the hotel at all hours of the day.

in the room the carpet was old and not well cleaned, same condition in the bathroom that was cleaned but not enouph showing

Very helpful staff willing to let us drop our bags off 5 hours early (arrived at 10am), clean room and comfy beds.
