Staff is friendly but property is falling apart. Needs renovations. Overall convenience to everything is good but the hotel itself is not well maintained

Is a nice place and close to Nana Plaza area so easy walk to bars and restaurants in the area

Our stay was just ok. Room size was great though. Room that we were given was not what we booked on Orbitz and we were charged for the upgrade. Shower leaked, shower head fell out…. And getting more towels was hit or miss. We had a 10 day stay, paid for an extra night, and then had our room locked on us the last day - they wanted to argue that we didn’t have the room that last night, and quite frankly, didn’t seem to notice that 4 of us had been there over a week, and all of our stuff was locked in our room. The couple of times that in asked the front desk for something, I was just told no. And lastly, it says that laundry is an amenity, both service and on-site, but we were told no. Overall, we will probably look for another place next time.

Property is dilapidated; the rooms are in dire need of an update. Cleanliness is not a priority at this hotel; the rooms appear to be in worst condition than the common areas.

Room service was not done despite reminders for 3 whole days. Remotes and dont work. Still gave 2 stars as staff still tried to show effort where possible.

The room had mould and cockroach’s. The floor was broken and the lift didn’t feel safe

There were cockroaches in the bathroom of the hotel room. We requested for change of room, they gave us the room opposite the initial room. As expected, there were also cockroaches in the second room (on the wall beside the bed). We told the staff, one of them suggested to help spray pesticide on the roaches in the room. We asked for another change of room and thankfully this time no roaches were spotted. First time we've seen roaches during our hotel stay , and at a presumably four-star hotel.

Really spacious rooms and well kept, the staff was friendly as well

Wifi could be better

Always there us room for improvement in all areas.
