Our Butler Karen was AMAZING!!! Room service food quality could use improvement. Our first villa had lots of deferred maintenance but the second one was perfect. Give Karen a raise!!

The resort was beautiful, with an outstanding golf course and excellent restaurants. It’s a large property, but convenient shuttles run every 5–10 minutes, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a truly high end experience.

Very clean. Staff super helpful and friendly. Easy access to sister resorts with complimentary transportation. Beautiful view. Spacious pools in each villa.

The villages are nice, but the resort is overcrowded and the food is terrible. It’s nearly impossible to get any space near or in the pool and getting around is a hassle.

Staff is not friendly from check-in to waiters not all but most the most friendly were the drivers !

We had a wonderful stay at the Montecristo and we can’t wait to return! The property is stunning! Palm trees, beautiful colorful flowers, and cliffs over looking the beautiful ocean. Staff goes out of their way to help you in any way. Everyone we met was friendly and kind. There are multiple restaurants throughout the property. Shuttles also run to the other Pueblo Bonito resorts and all are included on the all inclusive plan. This was our first time here but won’t be our last. If I had one con, it would be that they were a little pushy about the timeshare presentations. On a short trip with our kids, I didn’t want to waste an afternoon on a presentation. I wish there was alternative options… maybe an online webinar that could be viewed not during vacation? I’m sure it is a wonderful place to have ownership but didn’t want to take away from our vacation.

What an incredible 5 star experience. Our family felt safe, and we were so comfortable. The food was top notch, and everyone was satisfied. Can’t beat the private pool in our villa, with a stunning view. Every Pueblo Bonita property we checked out, was absolutely beautiful. We will be back for that 5 star feeling! Thank you to all the lovely staff that made our trip unforgettable! Cheers

The view from our villa was magnificent. The villa is so pretty, with so much natural light and nicely decorated. The staff is so accommodating and friendly.
