Friendly staff very relaxing stay here. close to most markets and shopping districts Enjoyed my stay. Here

We stayed three nights friendly staff, clean rooms, huge cofy beds! Great buffet breakfast lots of options. The rooftop pool we enjoyed every late afternoon ! Would definitely recommend

Staff were lovely. Hotel is nice and kept clean. Furniture a bit out dated and some rooms don’t have a window. Pool area was nice. Overall it was a good stay and in a great location.

Good breakfast. Sufficient veg options. Close to tourist spots. Pool is nice. We had a water leak in the bathroom room plumbing and hotel did not offer us room change even after complaining 3 times about the lrak. They only provided extra towels.

Good stay very central to shops and sights. Staff very helpful. Evening hotel restaurant very limited choice if it was open. However so many places to eat it didn't really matter. I'd definitely stop again. 🙂

Room was a good size with a nice bathroom and a good safe. The breakfast ensured a good start to the day. I also used the pool, which was small but fun and did some running on the running machines. However, what really had an impact was the staff. I had good suggestions from the receptionists and the doorman. I would stay here again if I visited HCMC!However

First class staff!

Overall the location of this hotel was great and the air conditioner in my room kept me cool for my entire week’s stay. The breakfast was fresh and I appreciated how many different options they offered each day for different cultural tastes. However, I booked this hotel because of the nice photos and because Expedia listed it as a 4-star property but it definitely was not. My room did not even have its own window and I had no view of the outside. When I asked for a room with a window like the photos showed, they told me I would have to pay even more, which was a real disappointment after traveling for 24hrs and arriving to find out I was essentially blindsided for the entire week. The pool was nice but I just wish it truly matched the 4-star quality it claimed to have. The room also did not feel very clean and had more of a motel feel where dirt and grime slowly build up and start to show when things are not properly maintained. There also did not seem to be any designated quiet hours since the doors were not soundproof and the hallways echoed so much that you could hear everyone opening their doors and having loud conversations throughout the night.

The room had a very strong bleach smell, breakfast was quite inadequate with near empty jams and no syrup, the rooms window opened up to the hallway so light came through all night long and the bathroom lighing was very dark. The tv reception was very bad. This is not a four star hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a pool and a small gym. The beds are comfortable and the room was quiet. We had a room with window, on level 6.
